ABOUT ME

Bay Breeze Aviation was founded by Ryan McGuire, a commercial pilot based in the San Francisco Bay Area who lives and breathes general aviation. I'm instrument and multi-engine rated and hold Advanced and Instrument Ground Instructor certificates, which means I bring both real time in the airplane and a genuine passion for teaching to everything Bay Breeze does.

Flying, for me, has never been just a hobby, it's a way of life. What started as simply documenting my flights grew into a full aviation platform: offering operational services like aircraft ferry and delivery and aircraft sales and acquisitions, while sharing the lessons, airport reviews, and firsthand experience I pick up along the way with a growing community of pilots and owners.

I built Bay Breeze Aviation to bridge the gap between the polished, textbook version of aviation and the way flying actually happens, the real decisions, the real airports, and the real experience of owning and operating in general aviation. Every flight I take is a chance to learn something new and pass it on, whether that's through a delivery, a review, or a story from the cockpit.
