My name is Ryan McGuire, and I'm the founder of Bay Breeze Aviation.

Based in California's San Francisco Bay Area, I am a pilot, aircraft owner, aviation content creator, and aviation entrepreneur with a passion for sharing the real-world experience of general aviation.

What started as a personal aviation journey has evolved into Bay Breeze Aviation—a platform dedicated to aviation education, flight storytelling, airport exploration, and aviation services. Through written content, videos, airport reviews, and real-world flying experiences, I aim to provide practical insights that help pilots and aviation enthusiasts learn from actual operations rather than theory alone.

As an active pilot and aircraft owner, I understand both the rewards and challenges that come with flying. From aircraft ownership and maintenance decisions to cross-country flight planning and airport operations, every flight presents an opportunity to learn something new.

Bay Breeze Aviation was created to document those experiences and share them with others. In addition to aviation media and education, Bay Breeze Aviation offers aircraft ferry services and is developing Plane Exchange, an aviation marketplace and brokerage platform designed to connect aircraft buyers and sellers.
